O’Melveny represented Nigerian-based fintech company Earnipay in its US$4 million Series Seed Preferred Financing. Earnipay promotes the financial well-being of income-earners in Africa by providing them with flexible and on-demand salary access. The transaction was announced on February 17, 2022. Earnipay is the first African-based company O’Melveny has represented.
