Public Policy Institute of California: Two California Leaders Join PPIC Board

O’Melveny partner Steven J. Olson has been appointed as the newest board member of the Public Policy Institute of California (PPIC). Olson, who co-chairs O’Melveny’s White Collar Defense and Corporate Investigations practice and serves on the firm’s management committee, represents companies, boards of directors, and executives in criminal and civil matters against government enforcement agencies. A former federal prosecutor in the US Attorney’s office in Los Angeles, Olson also advises companies in connection with internal investigations and represents clients in general corporate litigation and regulatory issues. Olson was a member of the PPIC Statewide Leadership Council and has repeatedly been named among the most influential people in Los Angeles by the Los Angeles Business Journal.
