Former O’Melveny & Myers LLP partner-elect and current assistant to the Solicitor General Yaira Dubin made her US Supreme Court debut today, representing the government in Andy Warhol Foundation for the Visual Arts, Inc., Petitioner v. Lynn Goldsmith, et al. Although it is the second week of the public’s return to the courtroom after COVID-19 restrictions, the capacity of public gallery and the bar section was seemingly reduced. O’Melveny partner and former deputy US solicitor general Michael Dreeben was among those seated in the public gallery.
