Supreme Court Brief: Dreeben Returns | Professor Gets Gun Shout-Out | A $28,000-Case

O’Melveny partner Michael Dreeben will make his first Supreme Court argument since 2019 in City of Austin, Texas v. Reagan National Advertising of Austin. The former Deputy US Solicitor General represents the City of Austin in a First Amendment dispute over Austin’s city code that regulates “on-premises and off-premises signs.” Dreeben also served as counselor to Special Counsel Robert Mueller III “in the investigation of Russian interference in the 2016 election.”
