Big Law firms are preparing to roll out their summer associate programs which will include larger classes, transitions to in-office work, new events, and diversity initiatives. O’Melveny’s summer program will include more than 70 associates, including 10 Coleman Diversity Fellows in 1L diversity-based fellowships.
