Law.com reporters examined changes in law firm culture over the past year “centered around issues like returning to the office (or not) and how a more flexible work environment affects firms, their clients and their employees.” O’Melveny & Myers  LLP addressed potential return-to-office anxieties by having employees “submit emails, photos, and video clips highlighting what they missed about their time in the office.” Law.com also focused on partnerships, including the one between Peloton and O’Melveny, which provided employees with Peloton Digital Memberships and discounts on Peloton equipment.
