Columbia Law School’s Blue Sky Blog re-published an O’Melveny client alert discussing the ins and outs of non-fungible tokens (NFTs), a unique digital asset raising eyebrows and “a sea of legal issues” along with it. In the blog post, the authors discuss various considerations NFT stakeholders must address, such as copyrights, moral rights, trademarks, publicity rights, regulation, and cybersecurity.
