The Dallas Morning News: Harwood Tower is 70% Leased

O’Melveny & Myers LLP is expanding the size of its Dallas office after securing a 75,000-square-foot lease in the Harwood No. 14 tower, a 27-story high-rise that is under construction. The firm expanded into Dallas last summer and currently has its office in Harwood International’s building at 2501 N. Harwood St. “O’Melveny is fully committed to expanding our presence in the Lone Star State,” said Teresa Doremus, O’Melveny’s head of operations and real estate. “We are confident that Harwood No. 14 will be the perfect fit for our lawyers and staff as we continue to grow in Dallas.” Harwood No. 14 will open in 2023.
