The Deal headlined O’Melveny’s new Dallas location and the addition of four new partners: partners Louis R. Strubeck Jr. and Gregory M. Wilkes will join the restructuring team, partner Scott Paul Drake joins the bankruptcy litigation department, and partner H. Douglas Wabner will join the product liability and mass torts team.
As noted in the article, the new partners have worked together for years as counsel to debtors and unsecured creditors, including Brazos Electric Power Cooperative Inc., Entrec Corp., Eagle Energy Inc., the NRA, Valaris plc, TriVascular Sales LLC, and Weatherford International plc.
