The Deal: Indigo Partners Unites Frontier, Spirit

Denver-based discount airline Frontier Group Holdings Inc. is combining with Florida-based rival Spirit Airlines. As part of the deal, Frontier shareholders will acquire 51.5% of the newly combined company. Robert A. Siegel, Chris Hollinger, and Aparna Joshi of O'Melveny & Myers LLP are jointly representing Frontier and Spirit on all labor issues related to the deal.
