Energy lawyer Monica Hwang has joined O’Melveny & Myers LLP as a partner in its Dallas and Austin offices as part of its project development & real estate and energy industry groups. Hwang has advised on a number of liquified natural gas deals with clients including Freeport-McMoRan Inc., Total SA, and Chevron Corp.
