The Deal: Netflix Adds Australia’s Animal Logic

Netflix Inc. has agreed to purchase Australian animation studio Animal Logic. The deal will accelerate Netflix’s animation production capabilities and support a slate of animated films the company plans to produce. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Silvia Vannini and Zach Greenberg of O’Melveny & Myers LLP served as lead counsel for Animal Logic.
