O’Melveny & Myers LLP announced that it has hired Peter Herrick as a partner in New York in its Antitrust & Competition Group. Herrick, a former senior trial attorney for the Federal Trade Commission, handles competition regulatory matters, complex transactions, and litigation. Herrick began his legal career at O’Melveny as an associate and then counsel.
