O’Melveny hired energy regulatory lawyer Andrew B. Young as a partner in Washington, DC, in its project development and real estate practice group and energy industry group. Young advises energy market participants on acquisitions, tax-equity investments, financings, restructurings, wholesale energy market development, and state and federal regulatory issues. Young brings significant experience in solar, wind, geothermal, biomass, and battery storage to O’Melveny’s renewable energy practice.
