Vance Street Capital LLC, a mid-market private equity firm, announced that it has completed the simultaneous sale of International Aerospace Coatings (IAC) and Eirtech Aviation Services to Tiger Infrastructure Partners. O’Melveny & Myers LLP serves as legal counsel to Vance Street Capital.
