Greg Jacob is set to return to his “on and off home,” O’Melveny & Myers LLP. Jacobs will rejoin the firm as a partner in their Washington office and focus his practice on financial services and employment matters, especially ERISA litigation. “I love litigation, but I love even more being able to help clients avoid litigation—by tightening things up and staying ahead of the curve,” he said.
