O’Melveny & Myers LLP has hired project development and real estate partner Peter Breckheimer, as real estate shapes up to be one of the most sought-after practices in Big Law this year. Real estate practices had the biggest growth in demand in the first quarter of 2022, prompting a series of moves in the last few months. Breckheimer previously practiced at DLA Piper with partners Michael Hamilton and Tim Evans, who returned to O’Melveny in 2020.
