The Recorder: O’Melveny Hires Long-Serving SEC Regional Director in Los Angeles

O’Melveny & Myers LLP announced that former director of the Los Angeles Regional Office of the Securities and Exchange Commission Michele Wein Layne has joined the firm as of counsel in its White Collar Defense and Corporate Investigations Practice Group. “O’Melveny felt like the perfect fit,” said Layne, who spent 27 years at the SEC.
