San Antonio-based Forge Energy II Delaware, an EnCap portfolio company, announced the sale of Permian Basin assets to Vital Energy and an undisclosed third party for US$540 million in cash. Forge Energy was advised by an O’Melveny team led by partner Steven Torello, with support from partners Will Becker, Michelle Earley, and Kimberly Williams, counsel Albert Jou, and associates Brooke Alger, Eleanor Gilbert, Silvia Smith, and Connor Corbitt.
