A Dallas Jury cleared the Townsend Group of claims that it cost the Dallas Police & Fire System US$1.2 billion in liability over investment decisions made between 2005 and 2008. The jury found that Townsend did not breach contractual obligations or fiduciary duties. Townsend is represented by David Marroso, Cassandra Seto, and Kristin Cope of O’Melveny & Myers LLP.
