Thomson Reuters’ Westlaw Today: Boy Scouts' insurers question 'implausibly large' numbers of sex abuse claims

January 25, 2021

Liability insurers are seeking an investigation into the 95,000 claims filed against the Boy Scouts of America in the organization’s bankruptcy case, this article reported.

O’Melveny is representing Century Indemnity Co. in the litigation.
