O’Melveny partner Katrina Robson was featured on WGAL 8’s “In Focus” segment with anchor Susan Shapiro to discuss Pennsylvania’s landmark school funding case that culminated in a ruling by Commonwealth Court President Judge Renée Cohn Jubelirer that declared the state’s education funding system unconstitutional. Robson, who served as lead trial counsel, said that she thinks Pennsylvania’s public is “so committed to their children and to their communities that with a decision like this behind them, they will have the ability and the motivation to stand up and say, ‘We expect to see our kids get the education that they need to be successful.’”
