Yahoo: Brook + Whittle Continues Expansion with the announcement of a definitive agreement to acquire the Cenveo Custom Labels Group

Brook + Whittle, a portfolio company of San Francisco-based private equity firm Genstar Capital, has acquired the Custom Labels Group of Cenveo Worldwide Limited, a North American manufacturer of envelopes and custom labels. Connecticut-based Brook + Whittle provides pressure-sensitive labels, shrink sleeves and flexible packaging, with a focus on sustainable solutions, complex decoration, and digital printing. The transaction is expected to close in Q2 2022. O’Melveny & Myers LLP serves as legal advisor to Brook + Whittle and Genstar.
