Medical device firm Biolog-id and special-purpose acquisition company Genesis Growth Tech Acquisition Corp. announced that they have executed the business combination agreement in relation to their proposed merger. The merger is expected to close in the first quarter of 2023 and is still subject to shareholder approval and other closing conditions.
