Yahoo Finance: Pharmaron Acquires Commercial API Manufacturing Facility in the United States

Pharmaron Beijing Co. announced an agreement to acquire the Coventry API manufacturing site from Noramco. The transaction was announced on May 24, 2022 and is subject to customary closing conditions. The deal expands Pharmaron's chemistry and manufacturing services into the United States. O’Melveny serves as legal advisor to Pharmaron.
