O’Melveny Represents Underwriters in Hong Kong IPO of Kangqiao Service Group Limited

HONG KONG—JULY 16, 2021—O’Melveny recently represented CCB International Capital Limited as sole sponsor and other underwriters in the initial public offering and listing of Kangqiao Service Group Limited (2205.HK) on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The listing raises approximately HK$664 million (approximately US$85 million).
Kangqiao Service Group is a reputable comprehensive property management service provider in China, with a leading position in Henan province. It ranked second in terms of GFA under management as of December 31, 2020 and third in revenue in 2020 among property management companies headquartered in Henan province.
O’Melveny has an impressive track record of representing issuers in Henan province in their Hong Kong IPOs. During the past 12 months, the firm has helped Central China Management Company Limited (9982.HK), Honliv Healthcare Management Group Company Limited (9906.HK) and Kangqiao Service Group in their debut on the Main Board of HKSE.
