O’Melveny Advises Clark Pest Control of Stockton, Inc. in Sale to Rollins, Inc.

SILICON VALLEY—May 3, 2019—O’Melveny and Kroloff, Belcher, Smart, Perry & Christopherson represented Clark Pest Control of Stockton, Inc. in a definitive agreement to be acquired by Rollins, Inc. (NYSE: ROL), a premier global consumer and commercial service company.

The acquisition closed on April 30, 2019 and includes real estate properties, as well as Geotech Supply. Financial terms were not disclosed.

With this acquisition, Rollins, Inc.’s total customer count is now approximately 2.4 million.

Based in Lodi, California, Clark Pest Control is one of California’s leading pest management companies and the nation’s eighth-largest pest management company according to PCT 100 rankings.

The O’Melveny team representing Clark Pest Control was led by Silicon Valley special counsel Scott Pink, Silicon Valley M&A partner Einat Meisel, and Washington, D .C. antitrust partner Courtney Dyer. The team also included counsel Courtney Byrd and Brian Kenyon as well as associates Bhavreet Gill and AJ Talt.
