O’Melveny Selects Yu and Martin for 2022 Leadership Council on Legal Diversity Programs

NEW YORK—February 24, 2022—O’Melveny has selected partner Wenting Yu and counsel Racquel Martin to participate in prestigious 2022 programs with the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD), an organization of the nation’s top lawyers dedicated to promoting a more diverse and inclusive profession.
Yu has been named to the LCLD’s fellows program, which identifies, develops, and mentors the future leaders of the legal industry. Martin has been named to the Pathfinders program, which trains young, high-performing attorneys in critical career development strategies, including leadership and the building of professional networks.

Yu, who is based in O’Melveny’s Silicon Valley office, specializes in corporate transactions in the life science and technology industries and is a member of the firm’s Pro Bono Committee. Martin, who is based in O’Melveny’s San Francisco office, is a labor and employment litigator and serves as co-chair of the San Francisco office’s Associate and Counsel Advisory Committee and Diversity Employee Network while also serving on the firm’s Racial Justice Associate & Counsel Advisory Committee and the San Francisco office’s Employment Committee.
