O’Melveny’s Streak of Top Corporate Equality Score from Human Rights Campaign Reaches a Decade

NEW YORK—February 7, 2022—For the tenth consecutive year, O’Melveny has earned the highest possible score on the Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s Corporate Equality Index, the nation’s foremost survey of corporate policies and practices related to LGBTQ+ workplace equality.

In addition to another perfect CEI score of 100 in 2022, O’Melveny also earned recognition as a Best Place to Work for LGBTQ+ Equality.

The 2022 CEI evaluated companies on the criteria of four pillars: non-discrimination policies across business entities, equitable benefits for LGBTQ+ workers and their families, support for an inclusive culture, and corporate social responsibility.
