O’Melveny Represents Sponsors and Underwriters in Hong Kong IPO of Zero2IPO

HONG KONG—December 30, 2020—O’Melveny recently represented Fortune Financial Capital as sole sponsor, Fortune Securities, and CICC as joint global coordinators and other underwriters in the primary listing and IPO of Zero2IPO Holdings Inc. on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEx). The initial offering size is approximately HK$440 million (US$56.8 million). If the over-allotment option is exercised in full, the offering size will increase to approximately HK$506 million (US$65.3 million). The Hong Kong Offer Shares and the International Offer Shares were both oversubscribed; in particular, the Hong Kong Offer Shares were oversubscribed by 1,395 times.
Zero2IPO Holdings Inc. is an integrated service platform for the equity investment industry, providing data, marketing, consulting, and training services to participants of the industry. It operates PEdata, the largest equity investment database in China in terms of data coverage as of December 31, 2019.
