Aaron Henson is a litigation counsel in O’Melveny’s Los Angeles office. His practice focuses on developing legal strategy in high-stakes trials and appeals, with a special emphasis on product liability, mass tort, and financial services cases. Aaron has briefed, argued, or consulted on cases at all levels of the California and federal judiciary, including in numerous state superior courts and federal district courts, the California Court of Appeal, the California Supreme Court, and the US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. In one high-profile appeal involving cutting-edge issues of federal and state arbitration law, the Ninth Circuit praised Aaron for his “excellent, excellent briefing.”
Before rejoining O’Melveny in 2022, Aaron served as a law clerk to the Honorable Richard R. Clifton of the US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the Honorable James V. Selna of the US District Court for the Central District of California. Aaron also previously practiced as an associate at an appellate litigation boutique in Los Angeles.
Aaron is a graduate of Yale Law School and New York University.
