Adrian Vidaurri is a corporate associate in O’Melveny’s Los Angeles office with experience in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and capital market matters.  His practice emphasizes the structuring and negotiation of credit arrangements, where he advises borrowers, lenders, and private equity sponsors on secured and unsecured debt financings, asset-based financings, bridge financings, and acquisition financings. 

His experience spans a variety of industries, including agriculture, consumer, energy, entertainment and media, healthcare, infrastructure, manufacturing, retail, and high technology.
