Alex Trabolsi is a litigator in O’Melveny’s San Francisco office. Alex has represented technology, healthcare, and commercial clients in government and internal investigations at various stages of litigation. His practice includes matters involving government oversight, antitrust, products liability, the False Claims Act, and other regulatory and enforcement issues. He has also dedicated significant time to pro bono work on criminal defense, eviction, and immigration matters.

Prior to joining O’Melveny, Alex was a second grade teacher in Brooklyn, New York, and a federal judicial clerk in New Orleans. He uses his experience as a teacher and clerk to analyze and convey complex legal concepts in digestible ways for clients and courts.

  • Attained two mistrials and an acquittal for a former senior executive of a multinational poultry supplier against price-fixing and bid-rigging allegations in a criminal trial in the US District Court for the District of Colorado
  • Successfully dismissed two False Claims Act qui tams for a national managed care organization in the US District Court for the Middle District of Florida
  • Negotiated favorable settlement terms in a San Francisco tenant eviction case, allowing clients to remain in their homes
  • Substantially improved sentencing outcome for a client in state court habeas proceedings in Dallas by working with medical experts who testified in favor of our client
