Amy Zhao is a litigation associate in O’Melveny’s New York office. Her practice focuses on intellectual property litigation with a particular emphasis on representing clients in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. Amy has experience litigating under the Hatch-Waxman Act and has played key roles in fact and expert discovery, and depositions.
Amy received her law degree from Harvard Law School, and holds a B.A. in Integrative Biology from the University of California, Berkeley.
