As the European Head of the Firm’s Mergers and Acquisitions and Corporate Finance practices and dual-qualified in New York and England and Wales, Andrew is a seasoned M&A advisor, helping clients navigate the complexities of cross-border transactions across a broad spectrum of industry sectors including TMT, entertainment, financial, pharma, technology/FinTech, manufacturing, automotive and consumer products.  With deep market knowledge and an understanding of both English and New York law transactions, Andrew combines constructive commercial advice with experienced legal knowledge to ensure successful deal management and execution. 

Andrew is also widely recognised as one of Europe’s leading issuer-side advisors in the cross-border private placement market. He has advised more than 100 issuers on 4(a)(2) traditional debt private placements totalling more than $40 billion, placing him in the highest ranks of deal counsel for issuers in this market.

As both a US and UK citizen, Andrew has practiced in London for more than 25 years, having previously worked in New York, Stockholm, and Helsinki.

Andrew has been recommended by The Legal 500 for his work in M&A and private equity and has been repeatedly recognized by Chambers UK, The Legal 500, and IFLR 1000 as a Leading Individual in private placements.
