Annapreet Virk is a corporate associate in O’Melveny’s San Francisco office. 

Anna’s experience includes advising a semiconductor company in its convertible senior notes offering, securing a new credit agreement for a soft service provider, and reviewing cloud service agreements for a leading consumer technology company.

Anna also devotes time to pro bono matters, where her work has included providing counsel to a non-profit microlender.
