Anne Steinberg is a counsel in O’Melveny’s Newport Beach office. Anne focuses on counseling health care clients with respect to internal investigations, inquiries and investigations by federal and state enforcement authorities, and related litigation.
Anne’s expertise includes defending health care companies against alleged violations of the civil False Claims Act, Medicare reimbursement laws, and laws regulating managed care organizations, including matters related to Medicare Advantage and risk adjustment. Anne also maintains an active pro bono practice involving adoption, elder abuse, and advocacy for equal protection in criminal prosecutions.
