Anne T. Marchitello represents clients in litigation matters, with particular experience in consumer class actions, product liability cases, and mass torts. She has represented pharmaceutical and agricultural companies in a wide range of complex products and pharmaceutical liability matters before state and federal courts across the country. Anne’s experience ranges from detailed trial preparation work - including motions practice, fact development and discovery, and expert witness preparation - to key trial support.

Anne also devotes significant time to pro bono matters, including her current representation of school districts, parents, and organizations in a school funding equity lawsuit in Pennsylvania.
