Arash Mahboubi is a corporate counsel in O’Melveny’s Century City office. Arash represents both private and public companies in mergers and acquisitions and entity formation as well as general corporate matters.

Prior to joining O’Melveny, Mahboubi practiced corporate law with another international law firm for a number of years.
