Ashton Massey is a skilled general litigator litigation counsel specializing in complex, commercial matters across a variety of subject areas. Her experience includes defending clients in the areas of business disputes, class actions, mass torts, products liability, land use, health care, disability access, and trust and estates litigation. She has practiced in state and federal courts throughout California.
Ashton recently successfully second-chaired a jury trial concerning a joint venture dispute and obtained a full defense verdict. She has experience running point on all aspects of her cases, including writing briefs, coordinating discovery, trial preparation, and serving as the main point of contact for clients and opposing counsel. Ashton also strongly committed to her pro bono work, having represented several asylum applicants. At USC Law, Ashton was Chair of the Moot Court program. She also previously externed for the Honorable James V. Selna of the US District Court for the Central District.
