Austin Fauni is a corporate associate in O’Melveny’s San Francisco office.
Austin’s practice touches numerous corporate areas, including mergers and acquisitions, finance, and governance. He often assists with intellectual property matters arising out of corporate transactions and actively contributes to the firm’s pro bono practice.
Austin graduated cum laude from the University of California College of the Law, San Francisco, where he served as Co-Editor-in-Chief of the UC Law SF Communications and Entertainment Journal. Prior to law school, Austin attended the University of California at Santa Barbara, where he graduated with high honors and distinction in major.
