Brett Bautista is a staff attorney in O’Melveny’s Los Angeles office and a member of the Litigation Department and Electronic Discovery and Retention Practice. While at O’Melveny, Brett has contributed his expertise on a variety of matters in the Firm’s Attorney General Actions and Board Internal Investigations Groups.

Most recently, Brett has focused on precedent setting multi-district opioids litigation matters, global FCPA investigations, and litigation related to governmental restructuring matters.
