Brian McKenna advises companies and private investors on M&A and strategic and investment transactions on a global basis.

His clients include public and private companies, private equity and venture capital funds, financial institutions, family offices, and sovereign wealth funds, with particular emphasis on the financial services, fintech, technology, and media sectors.
