Britny Arianpour is a corporate transactional associate who focuses on a broad array of transactions including project financings, acquisitions, infrastructure development, acquisition financings, traditional real estate purchase and sale, leasing, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate advice.

She has drafted, negotiated, reviewed, and advised clients on various agreements. She represents borrowers, purchasers, sellers, and investors.

  • Advised Semtech Corporation, a leading global supplier of high-performance analog and mixed-signal semiconductors and advanced algorithms, in its agreement to acquire Sierra Wireless Inc., a world-renowned Internet of Things (IoT) solutions provider. 
  • Represented a financial services firm, on behalf of itself and certain of its investors, in connection with two sister CMBS transactions involving an approximately US$100 million portfolio sale of pharmacy sites across the US.
  • Advised a New York-based SEC registered investment adviser specializing in asset-based finance and real estate investments in M&A transactions totaling nearly $5 billion, including the sale of a large US lender to real estate developers, the acquisition of a leading acquiror of distressed credit card receivables, and the acquisition of a lender to consumers for home improvement projects.
  • Advised Genstar Capital, a leading private equity firm focused on the financial services, healthcare, industrials, and software industries, in its investment in AmeriLife Group, LLC, a national leader in developing, marketing, and distributing life and health insurance, annuities, and retirement planning solutions.
  • Represented Newport Lido Medical Center (NLMC) in the sale of its two-building, 146,510 square foot medical office building complex located in Newport Beach, California.
  • Advised real estate investment trust on a multimillion dollar mortgage financing with respect to a shopping mall in California. The loan was securitized via a commercial mortgage-backed securities offering and a portion of the loan is being bifurcated into mezzanine components.
  • Advised real estate investment company on a Washington, DC construction loan.
  • Counseled non-profit supporting children’s welfare in matters related to HIPPA compliance, contract review, and counseling related to a security recommendation.
