Brooke Alger represents clients in energy project development, mergers and acquisitions, and other transactions, with a focus on midstream, renewable energy, and power generation projects.

Brooke has experience advising clients with various contracts and agreements, including transportation agreements, governing agreements, capacity leases, connection agreements, terminaling and storage agreements, and marketing agreements. Additionally, she has engaged in projects involving energy project construction services agreements, operation and maintenance agreements, aid-in-construction agreements, and master services agreements.
