Brooke Jenkins is a general commercial litigator who represents a wide range of clients in high-stakes disputes. Brooke has experience analyzing complicated legal issues and handling discovery in lawsuits involving claims of defamation, false advertising, breach of contract, trademark infringement, fraud, and tort liability. She has also worked extensively on pro bono matters, including representing asylum applicants in immigration court.

  • Represented pop-music star Kesha in litigation involving defamation and abuse claims
  • Represented start-up company and its board in employment dispute with a founder of the company
  • Represented AT&T and Time Warner in the biggest merger case in decades, defeating an attempt by the DOJ’s Antitrust Division to block the US$85.4 billion merger between the telecom and media giants; after five weeks of testimony, a federal judge rejected the government’s theories, denied the government’s request for an injunction, and imposed no conditions on the parties
  • Represented entertainment studio in false advertisement dispute involving a motion picture
  • Represented Fox in trademark action regarding the hit show Empire and its related music
  • Representing a major pharmaceutical company in multi-district litigation and nationwide state actions relating to the marketing of prescription opioid pain medications
