Bryanna Willis is a corporate associate in O’Melveny’s New York office. Bryanna is involved in a variety of transactions, including public equity offerings. Additionally, she provides general corporate advice.

Bryanna is also a William T. Coleman Jr. Fellow, and actively participates in the firm’s pro bono and community efforts.

Prior to joining O’Melveny, Bryanna gained valuable experience as a project assistant for the Center for Professional Research and Leadership in New York. She also worked as an English Second Language Teacher for the Gyeongsangnam-do Office of Education in Korea.
