Cailey Cavanaugh is a counsel in O’Melveny’s Mergers & Acquisitions practice group. Her practice is focused within the entertainment industry, including corporate transactions related to film and television distribution, licensing, production, and financing.

Additionally, Cailey advises on start-up company formation and early stage finance, as well as governance and compliance in relation to new media and digital platforms. Cailey is a former judicial extern to Justice Laurence Rubin of the California Court of Appeal.
