Caitlin Boucher is a litigation counsel in O’Melveny’s San Francisco office. Caitlin guides health care, technology, and other clients through complex civil litigation and high-stakes government and internal investigations. She has defended major managed care organizations in False Claims Act litigation involving Medicare Advantage regulations, and helped clients respond to government enforcement actions by the U.S. Department of Justice, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Office of Inspector General, and U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
