Caroline Newman is a corporate associate in O’Melveny’s New York office. Through her practice, Caroline advises domestic and international companies and investors on buy- and sell-side M&A deals, private equity transactions, public debt offerings, and other financing transactions. She has also completed complex corporate transactions for clients in various industries, including infrastructure, energy, healthcare, and fintech.

Caroline is committed to civil rights and social action, and actively contributes to the firm’s pro bono efforts on matters related to LGBTQ and human rights.
